TPE is a kind of material with high elasticity, high strength and high resilience of rubber, and it can be processed by injection molding. It has rubber elasticity, excellent coloring, soft touch, weather resistance, fatigue resistance and temperature resistance, and excellent processability. However, it has a strong smell of glue, which will release formaldehyde. After drying, it has a smell of glue, can’t hide dust on the surface, and is not resistant to dirt.

SBR is a kind of synthetic rubber foam, which is delicate, soft, elastic, shockproof, thermal insulation, elastic, waterproof and airtight. It is harder than foam, has good resilience, and its price is not much different from foam, but it has a smell.
EVA is a kind of rubber-plastic foaming material, which belongs to hard foam and has good elasticity, wear resistance and air tightness. High resilience and tensile strength, high toughness, good shock-proof, skid-proof and cushioning properties. The price is cheaper than SBR, but it is soft and easy to deform. EVA is also related to the weather. It is soft in hot weather, and the material becomes hard in winter.
